I totally hear you and definitely have had some weird/scary experiences while seeing past lives both Earthly and Cosmic. Looking into what is unknown or new can be scary! Not everyone will experience this though. If you do experience memories from Past Lives, you may experience the hardest ones first because they are the lowest/densest frequency and easiest to access. The more you work through them and access more memories, you are working into higher frequencies. Be present and witness the past.
